Participatory and Impactful Learning Session
Insights Discovery™ is an International product that is designed for personal development, improved team effectiveness and goal setting. The key to integrating and understanding the wealth of information within the Insights Discovery™ profiles is the Insights Core Program. It is designed to help individuals more fully understand the impact they and others have within the workplace and in client service environments. The program will provide the tools, skill set and understanding to achieve better results immediately. This impactful tool taps into strategies to help to continue to grow areas of strength and help lean into those areas of opportunity. Insights Discovery™ is more than a tool, it is a way to rediscover and get the best out of your leadership style.
During our time together you will:
Understand more about self, both strengths and potential areas of focus
Understand more about others who may have different preferences, expectations, desires, and motivations
Better understand expected behaviors to meet the requirements of differing work and relationship situations
Understand both the strengths and limitations of different personality types and blend preferences with those of others for improved team dynamics, communication, harmony, effectiveness, and performance
Identify how meetings others’ needs might enhance personal influence
Have a framework, a common language, on which to base interactions with the team, coworkers and customers
Increase the collaboration and sharing of information across the team
An evaluator is completed from which you answer a series of questions, and from these questions an in depth profile is created. From the profile we explore in depth your strengths, how you like to be communicated with, your value to the team and much more.
As an accredited Insights Distributor Paula has worked Insights Discovery™ for over ten years and has worked with many school district leadership teams, both nonprofit and for profit organizations to help shift the culture on their teams. Robin is a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery for four years.
