With over 37 years of experience in law, education leadership, and organizational transformation, Paula has guided superintendents, boards, and school leaders through complex challenges. She is a certified Insights Discovery® practitioner, executive coach, and nationally recognized facilitator.
Robin M. Francis (Ed.S)
Senior Consultant at The Finding Human Institute LLC. Robin brings over 25 years in education leadership, including roles as principal, district equity director, and executive consultant. She designs and delivers transformative professional development experiences for educators and leaders, always centering equity, belonging, and sustainable change.

The Insights Discovery™ course introduces participants to a practical and engaging framework for understanding themselves and others through a four-color model of personality preferences. This 2-hour course builds self-awareness, enhances communication, and strengthens collaboration by helping individuals recognize their unique strengths and potential blind spots. By exploring personal styles and the dynamics of working with diverse teams, participants gain tools to improve relationships, resolve conflict more effectively, and create a stronger foundation for authentic and impactful leadership.

The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership workshop equips leaders with the tools to go beyond awareness and step into intentional growth, influence, and impact. Unlike other programs, this 2-hour course builds directly on your existing Insights Discovery Profile. Because your personalized profile was generated from the Discovery Evaluator, there is no need to retake any assessment. Instead, you’ll leverage the power of what you already know about your unique leadership style to unlock deeper levels of growth. Your Insights Discovery Profile is a foundation for self-awareness.
This workshop supplements, not replaces, that foundation by exploring; how your personal preferences influence your leadership style, which of the five dimensions of transformational leadership come naturally to you and which require intentional development, practical strategies to flex your style to inspire, engage, and guide teams through change.

These 90-minute sessions are available to those who have purchased their Insights Discovery™ profile through The Finding Human Institute. It is designed to help participants sustain and deepen the learning from the Insights Discovery™ experience. This session reinforces key concepts, provides practical strategies for applying insights in daily work, and supports teams in integrating shared language and tools into their culture. By revisiting personal and team dynamics, participants strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and ensure that the benefits of Insights Discovery extend well beyond the initial training.
