I can’t tell you how many times school district leaders have declared this after a racial incident at their school. And I say “I know that’s not who you want to be!” At Finding Human we help you to explore the systems and people that make up the living, breathing organism that is your school, and to work holistically to transform the space to one that supports all students equitably.

Our roots at Finding Human are in the education space. With Paula having 35 years as a lawyer working with districts in the State of Minnesota, and Robin with over 20 years inside the schools as Teacher, Principal, and Equity Director, we know the environment you are working in, inside and out, and we know the law.

Beyond that, we have each personally done the work of moving through our own “racial reckoning,” and are experts at supporting others as they look within at the ways they may want to shift to support more students, more of the time.
