We offer custom team workshops and facilitated discussions so you experience feeling supported as you integrate the work.

All of our workshops take the Finding Human approach. We are not simply looking for band-aid solutions, we will go deep and empower your teams to uphold the vision and follow the roadmap they design.
CUSTOM WORKSHOPS
We always customize the work to the structure of your team and your personal goals, however we do workshops in the following areas:

Begin to do the inner work of transforming your race narrative as a team or district within the comfort of your own group. We recommend 4 half-day sessions for most teams.

We support teams to develop and implement a Racial Harm Protocol. Our work continues to deepen as we move forward This work typically involves a full day customized to meet the district where they are at in the process. We may recommend additional leadership coaching to help with implementation.

Progressive districts know that the best way to design the right action plan and create buy-in among students is to start by hearing their voices. We facilitate potent conversations that make space to hear the diverse voices in your student body. We offer the option for our team to help you recruit the right students for work as well, for an additional investment.

The program is designed for personal development, improved team effectiveness and goal setting. It is designed to help individuals more fully understand the impact they and others have within the workplace and in client service environments.

This is an opportunity for leaders to examine; understand the historical aspects of race in public education, the law and education and your role as a leader, the impact of state and local public policy on school district decisions and the impact on our leadership and the implication.
We are happy to come to your school, or we will host you off site at the Finding Human headquarters in downtown St. Paul.
